WAIT LISTS: If your age-based class is full, you will be notified and added to the waitlist.
There is no financial obligation to be added to our waitlist.
Should spots become available, you will be contacted by the office.

CLASS & TUITION INFORMATION 2026-2027
Tot Time is in session from Labor Day week until the week prior to Memorial Day. All classes are from 9:15am to 1:00pm.
Children are asked to bring a snack, water bottle, and lunch each school day.
Each class has a dedicated lead and assistant teacher.

- All payments are collected via ACH draft.
- All families will be required to pay the $175 enrollment fee per student when enrollment is confirmed.
- New families (Toddler to PK) and Returning PKs will prepay last month tuition (May 2027) when enrollment is confirmed.
- TK students will be on an alternate payment schedule with all payments collected prior to the first day of school.
- All payments collected during enrollment are non-refundable. Remaining tuition payments begin August 1st.

*Students must be potty trained to attend the first day of school.

Tot Time gladly accepts children with special needs as long as the needs of the child and their family can be met and do not interfere with the needs of other children in the classroom. Children who receive outside services such as speech, occupational, or other therapies may arrange for those services to be given on site. Please request a meeting with the Director to discuss and approve these services prior to acceptance.
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
Tot Time is pleased to offer a financial assistance program. Your confidential application will be reviewed by a committee, and you will be notified of your status.
